Our massage therapist, trained in prenatal massage, performs gentle frictions, effleurage and pressure on the body.
Depending on your symptoms or wishes, she will adapt the massage so that it relieves you as effectively as possible.
For example, she may favour the back if you suffer from lumbar pain or the legs if it is a problem of heavy legs that causes you the most discomfort. If you are suffering from neck and head pain, she will also focus her massage on the painful neck.
Depending on how far along you are in your pregnancy and what you feel more comfortable with, the prenatal massage can be done lying on your back or on your side. The preferred position will be the one that gives you the greatest comfort.
